Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Tags: With all original tags attached.
  • Packaging: In its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Address: If your return is approved, send the item to:

    Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping Label: Once your return is authorized, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at bagnesiacom@gmail.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal Care Goods: Including beauty products.
  • Hazardous Materials: Such as flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item according to our policy and place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, or unused condition
  • With tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at bagnesiacom@gmail.com.
